- WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy.
Information you send us
When you email, call or message us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, company, phone number, email address and the content of your message. We use this to respond to you, prepare quotes, deliver and support the services you engage us for, and keep business records.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with people and providers who need it to deliver our services (for example, email and hosting providers), or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as the engagement lasts and any legal or accounting retention period requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can also object to how we use it.
